1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 999dat platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, placing a bet, or playing any casino game — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the 999dat platform, including players based in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and all other locations from which 999dat accepts players.

If you access the 999dat platform on behalf of another person or entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms, and that by using the platform you accept these terms on their behalf. These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with 999dat's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

999dat reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice beyond an on-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page as the Effective Date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the 999dat platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the 999dat platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. You must satisfy every condition listed below before creating an account or placing any wager on 999dat. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements at the time of registration and that you will continue to meet them for as long as your account remains active.

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on 999dat. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. 999dat takes underage gambling extremely seriously and employs a rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the age of all Bangladesh players before withdrawals are permitted. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and any funds held in that account — including deposits, bonus credits, and pending winnings — will be forfeited in full. 999dat may report suspected underage gambling to relevant authorities.

2.2 Eligibility Criteria

3 Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of 999dat services — including sports betting, live casino games, slots, and deposit/withdrawal functions — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

3.1 Registration Requirements

• You must not register more than one account. If 999dat detects duplicate accounts, all accounts will be suspended and associated funds forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 999dat login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication code with any third party under any circumstances. 999dat will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication purportedly from 999dat requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

If you suspect that your 999dat account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 999dat support immediately via live chat or email. 999dat will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, including temporarily suspending the account to prevent further unauthorised activity. 999dat is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a player sharing their credentials or failing to maintain adequate password security.

3.3 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, 999dat requires all players to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification. The following documents are accepted for KYC verification on 999dat:

KYC documents must be submitted via the secure upload facility within your 999dat account dashboard. Documents are reviewed within 24–48 hours. 4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on 999dat is ৳100. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though 999dat reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large single deposits at its discretion. Deposits are credited to your 999dat account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider network.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

1. A player must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
2. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be declined.
3. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the same 999dat account — this rule prevents money-laundering via third-party payment details.
4. Any active bonus funds or wagering requirements attached to a player's account must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is permitted unless the player elects to forfeit all bonus balances.
5. 999dat reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.
6. Withdrawals will not be processed to payment accounts registered under a different name than the verified 999dat account holder.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

999dat offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Independence Day (March 26). All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published on the individual promotion page at the time of the offer.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonus offers are available to players aged 18 and above who hold a verified 999dat account.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly, or combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated.
• 999dat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, except for bonuses already in active use by a qualifying player.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements for each 999dat promotion are clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. The following general rules apply to all 999dat bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

Bonus expiry periods are stated in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). A bonus that expires at 23:59 BST expires at that time regardless of a player's local time zone. Expired bonus funds and any associated wagering progress are forfeited automatically.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on 999dat and all casino games played on 999dat are governed by the rules set out in this section, as well as the specific rules published within each individual game or betting market on the platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game or market only.

6.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. 999dat does not guarantee that the same odds will remain available after a bet is confirmed.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to the odds and availability at the exact moment of acceptance. Network latency does not entitle a player to odds that were no longer available at the time of server-side acceptance.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules as published on the 999dat platform.
• Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are subject to specific cricket betting rules available in the Cricket section of the platform.
• 999dat reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a palpable error in odds was made, and to correct and re-offer such odds where appropriate.

6.2 Casino Games

• All casino games on 999dat — including live casino games from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play, and slots from Microgaming, NetEnt, and other certified providers — use certified random number generation (RNG) systems independently audited for fairness.
• Game outcomes are final once the round is complete. 999dat does not accept disputes relating to game outcomes that have been correctly generated and displayed by a certified provider.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot spin, the game round will be completed according to the provider's server-side record. 999dat is not liable for losses incurred due to network interruptions on the player's end.
• Malfunctions of any game software void all pays and plays for that round. Affected players will be credited the stake for the affected round within 48 hours.

7 Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

999dat maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of fraud, cheating, collusion, or abuse of platform systems. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 999dat platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds in the account, and may result in the matter being referred to relevant authorities.

1. Registering more than one account on 999dat, whether under the same or a different name, email address, or mobile number.
2. Using automated bots, scripts, or any software tool to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the 999dat platform in a manner not available to regular human users.
3. Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or system vulnerabilities to place bets or claim winnings that would not have been available under normal platform operation.
4. Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any live casino game, poker-style game, or sports betting market available on 999dat.
5. Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy whose primary purpose is to guarantee a profit from 999dat bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gambling behaviour.
6. Using a payment method that is not registered in your own name, or funding your 999dat account with funds obtained through illegal or fraudulent means.
7. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the registration, KYC verification, or account management process.
8. Attempting to access another player's 999dat account without their explicit authorisation.
9. Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward 999dat staff, support agents, or other players within any 999dat communication channel.
10. Circumventing responsible gaming restrictions — including attempting to re-register after a self-exclusion period, or using a third party's account to continue gambling after self-exclusion.

8 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999dat, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the 999dat platform, even if 999dat has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.1 Platform Availability

999dat endeavours to maintain continuous availability of its platform 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, 999dat does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses or inconvenience caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, network failures, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond 999dat's reasonable control. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever possible.

8.2 Third-Party Game Providers

Casino games and sports data provided via third-party suppliers — including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and sports data aggregators — are delivered by those providers under their own terms and technical infrastructure. 999dat is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or incorrect outcomes generated by third-party provider systems, provided that 999dat acts promptly to resolve or escalate any such issues upon becoming aware of them.

8.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through 999dat's internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration. Players wishing to raise a formal complaint should first contact 999dat support at [email protected] and allow a minimum of 14 calendar days for a full response before escalating.

8.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the 999dat Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 999dat with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and 999dat. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
